I stayed with my Family in June end...let me try to cover everything in this review Location - Very Nice..the only best part was the location if you love serene places. 20 minutes from the city centre. But at a secluded location. Also if you are travelling with kids and aged people be very cautious as the property is on hills and have inclined roads which in monsoon is very slippery for kids and aged people Rooms - rooms were not upto the mark..towels were not that clean. Beds had huge mattress which actually raised the size of the bed. Food - breakfast menu was very limited. We just ordered 4 aloo kulchas which costed us 720 rs and were hopeless in taste. Hospitality - Very bad hospitality...No hotel ask for the full payment at the time of checkin but they took the entire amount at checkin. Overall - We paid 12500 for per night for breakfast however one of our friend stayed in another resort ( which is 10 minutes drive from Heritage ) and paid 9500 for two meals. They had very nice experience at that resort.The heritage team needs to understand providing good services would help them build reputation and customer satisfaction.

Gr8 location. Gr8 scenery/ views . Gr8 service. Moving around the property a challenge due to topography - Electric buggy to move around big benefit / a must ! Height of bed a big issue , very uncomfortable. Excellent food, superb f&b service - top of class. Views from Restaurant a delight !

[12/05, 3:47 pm] Neha: We stayed in the Superior cottage for 2 nights and it was neat , well designed room. Even after an extra bed there was enough space. A mini fridge would have been great since the weather was quite hot during the day. The bathroom was very neat and well maintained. The cottages are surrounded by lush greenery and there are pavered walkways around the cottages and to the restaurant. We had booked for breakfast and one meal as well. So during lunch we were given a fixed menu for the package and we could order from the list for every course. The food was delicious. The breakfast spread was good too with enough veg and non veg options ***** with cereals and juices. We loved their paneer tikka, soup, veg sizzler and chilli chicken [12/05, 3:50 pm] Neha: The pool is well maintained with ample towels and sun beds. It was a perfect activity for the hot afternoons. In the evenings we enjoyed the indoor games like pool, TT, chess, carrom, dart. The equipments are well maintained with no missing pieces. [12/05, 3:53 pm] Neha: Sunrise near the restaurant is a must see. The mist covered hills around are breathtaking. Special mention the staff, all the staffs are extremely polite and courteous and catering to the need. [12/05, 3:57 pm] Neha: Walking around the property was wonderful as we saw pineapples growing, figs, jackfruit, bananas, mangoes and many beautiful flowers. Play area could be improved. [12/05, 4:06 pm] Neha: - Lighting needs to be improved around the property, as walking back to the cottage at night or sitting out becomes difficult - we would definitely like to come back, but refrain from bringing elderly as walkways are steep mostly and made of paver stones

It was an awesome stay at the hotel. The food was delicious, service was excellent and cleanliness was well maintained. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

The stay was good the rooms was extremely spacious , and the staff was courteous few things that can be improved is food variety in buffet and lunch set menu, price of alacarte menu is too high , the spa staff can be better trained.
